Kuaserama Residents Embrace Marines' Social Communication Efforts in Yahukimo

YAHUKIMO - In the rugged beauty of Papua Pegunungan Province, a remarkable story of connection unfolded as the Indonesian Armed Forces (TNI) Marines Task Forces from Infantry Battalion 6 engaged with residents of Kuaserama Village in Dekai District. This Social Communication (Komsos) initiative, led by Major Tirta and his team from the PJPR Post, brought hope, harmony, and renewed trust to the region during a routine security patrol.

As part of their commitment to safeguarding the Indonesia-Papua New Guinea border while supporting local development, the Marines demonstrated that their mission extends beyond defense. They stopped in Kuaserama Village to distribute food packages and engage in meaningful conversations with the residents.
